This Ramadan, Human Appeal distributed over 1,000 hot meals to vulnerable families across India through our Fidya and Kaffarah programme. Fidya is given by those unable to fast due to illness or age, while Kaffarah is offered as expiation for missed or broken fasts — and through these acts of giving, your donations were transformed into nourishing meals for families facing hardship. A beautiful reminder that the generosity of one becomes the sustenance of another.
